Ojai Energetics, one such company, notes that the digestive system destroys 90 percent of ingested CBD before the body properly absorbs it. Their CBD technology focuses on increasing the absorption rate by changing the method by which the molecule is digested.

Another new CBD-focused technology company is Sorse. They use the power of chemistry to equally distribute the CBD oil throughout the carrying device, whether that be a liquid, food, or topical cream. By creating a homogenous distribution, they’re fundamentally changing CBD from being fat-soluble to water-soluble.
