For instance, hydrocarbon is fast and relatively inexpensive, but it leaves solvents and is very difficult to automate. Ethanol is also inexpensive and fast, but it requires secondary processing and is highly flammable.
There is no real framework for the process or the process itself as determined and regulated by the FDA. The FDA sets science-based policy and it takes time for them to take a stated position so that they can perform research.
CBD oil with THC content must be extracted from the cannabis plant whereas CBD oil without THC content is generally extracted from the hemp plant. Hemp has minimal to no THC in it so extracting CBD oil from the plant is the easiest way to achieve non-THC based oil.
